Shipping, returns and terms

Shipping

Shipping is a flat $1.50 on every order, however many stickers you buy. We post within Australia only at the moment.

Orders are packed by hand and usually go in the post within a couple of days. They travel as ordinary letter mail, so allow up to a week or so for it to arrive depending on where you are. Letter mail is not tracked.

Returns and refunds

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Stickers are a small, low cost item and once they have been posted they cannot be resold.

If your order arrives genuinely damaged, get in touch and we will sort it out. Every case is looked at individually, and depending on what happened that means a replacement or a refund.

Tell us within 15 days of your order arriving. Emaildivingdiariesau@gmail.com, mention the name on the order, and send a photo of the damage if you can. The photo is the quickest way to get it resolved.

None of this limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which applies no matter what this page says.

Terms

Diving Diaries sells printed vinyl stickers to customers in Australia. Prices are in Australian dollars and include no GST, as the business is not currently registered for it.

Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your name, email and postal address are used to process and post your order, and for nothing else. We do not sell or share them.

Stock counts on the shop are kept by hand. In the unlikely event something sells out between your order and packing it, we will contact you and refund you in full.

The artwork and the Diving Diaries name remain ours. Buying a sticker does not transfer any right to reproduce or resell the designs.
